Whistl Group Announces 2-Hour Delivery Option for Small Items

Following a successful trial, Whistl Group, the UK’s leading logistics specialist in e‑fulfilment, mail and parcels, has announced the launch of Yodel’s Xpect Mini and Medium 2‑hour delivery window services for Whistl Parcels customers.

The new services give businesses access to faster, more precise delivery options, helping them meet growing consumer expectations for speed, flexibility and convenience.

What is Yodel Xpect Mini and Medium?

The new services are designed specifically for small to medium parcels:

  • Xpect Mini – parcels up to 45cm in length and 3kg

  • Xpect Medium – parcels up to 90cm in length and 17kg

These options sit alongside Yodel’s existing Xpect Large and Extra‑Large services, expanding the range of time‑definite delivery choices available to Whistl Parcels customers.

All Xpect services include full end‑to‑end tracking and allow recipients to manage their deliveries with up to seven inflight options, giving consumers greater control over when and how their parcels arrive.
